Each year, the Knights of Columbus Connecticut State Council holds its annual convention and passes out awards to both individuals and local Knights councils for noteworthy accomplishments. This year, at the 123rd convention that was held in Stamford on May 13-15, 2016, K of C Council 14360 was extremely honored to receive two very special awards in recognition of its efforts: the Culture of Life award and the Church Service award.
In addition, one of our proudest moments as a Council is to have one of the youth from All Saints Catholic School winning the K of C State Council Keep Christ in Christmas Poster Contest. We are so proud of all the students at All Saints Catholic school who participated in our local council contest, but we are extremely proud of Veronica Bosco, who won for ages 8-10 in the entire state of Connecticut and was honored at the state convention! Her poster will go off to Supreme for the International Competition. Great job, Veronica! We are so proud! A special thanks to Brother Chris O’Connor for organizing the poster contest for our council.
